Lilach Geppert-Shapira, M.A. is a parent and family coach with over 20 years of experience, helping families create meaningful, lasting change.
Many of the families Lilach works with come feeling overwhelmed, stuck in repeated dynamics, or unsure how to respond to their child in a way that truly helps. Rather than focusing on surface-level strategies, her work centers on identifying and shifting patterns of thinking, behavior, and communication within the family system.
Lilach believes that real change begins with understanding of both the child and the parent, and that connection must come before intervention. Her approach integrates tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), ACT, DBT, and attachment-based perspectives, helping parents better understand their child, their own responses, and the dynamic between them.
Her work is both relational and highly practical. Together, you will build tools that can be used in everyday moments, reducing reactivity, improving communication, and creating a calmer, more connected family environment.
Depending on your child’s age and needs, Lilach may work primarily with parents or include children and teens in the process, focusing on emotional regulation, executive functioning, and social skills.
Lilach has extensive experience working with neurodivergent children and families, including ADHD, anxiety, and behavioral challenges.
