Our Social Skills & Emotion Regulation Therapy Group provides children with a safe and supportive space to practice the skills they need to navigate friendships, manage strong emotions, and feel more confident in social situations.
Groups are kept small and are formed based on age and developmental needs.
Who Is This Group For?
This group may be a good fit for children who:
Have difficulty making or maintaining friendships
Struggle to read social cues or navigate social situations
Become easily frustrated, overwhelmed, or emotionally reactive
Have difficulty with flexibility, losing, waiting, or handling things not going their way
Need support building confidence in interactions with peers

Children don't just talk about social and emotional skills — they have opportunities to practice them in real time.
Through games, collaborative activities, guided conversations, and group challenges, children practice communicating, cooperating, managing frustration, solving problems, and navigating the natural ups and downs of being part of a group.
Therapists provide support, coaching, and feedback in the moment, helping children develop skills they can gradually carry into friendships, school, and everyday life.
